Metropolitan Painting and Interiors, the fabulous company that took part in making designer Eve Robinson's kitchen/dining space in the Kips Bay Decorator Show House, that much more tailored, is a study in craftsmanship. If you have seen our Feb/March issue, you will immediately notice the fresh color and pattern Eve Robinson employed to modernize a classically inspired kitchen. It is one of my favorite features, and without the attention to detail MP&I used while following Robinson's vision, the effect would not be the same. Responsible for hanging the wallpaper on the walls and ceiling, the painting, and the back-painting on the glass backsplash, the company really delivered on quality.
