Brooklyn Heights' 20 Henry Street

Brooklyn Heights is one of the most picturesque neighborhoods in Brooklyn—largely composed of block after block of beautiful rowhouses and mansions. The Heights' was also the first neighborhood to be protected by the 1965 Landmarks Preservation Law of New York City. Since the neighborhood is set on a bluff, the views from their famed Brooklyn Heights' Promenade include a stretch of Gotham's skyline across the East River, the Statue of Liberty, and the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges.

The landmarked Middagh Building—former home to the Peaks Mason Mints candy factory—was converted into a high-end condominium that introduces true loft living to the neighborhood. Now known as 20 Henry Street, the building includes 38 residences, ranging from spacious studios to four-bedrooms, and six stunning penthouse homes offering spectacular views from their private roof decks. Prices for the condominiums range from $450,000 to $2.595 million, with penthouse pricing from $2.1 to $2.55 million. 20 Henry Street was designed by PKSB Architects and is being sold and marketed by Stribling Marketing Associates
